With regards to returns and refunds, please could you pop us a little message over using the boxes above and we will aim to reply within 24 hours. We do accept returns and will provide a full refund if the product is sent back to us, unused and exactly how it was sent it out. Please note we CANNOT refund or exchange any used products or electricals. All electricals have a 1 year guarantee from the date of purchase, please use your original confirmation as proof of purchase.
